The Burnt Chef Project is a globally recognised not-for-profit Social Enterprise.


We're fully committed to making the hospitality profession healthier and more sustainable by focussing on people's wellbeing first.

We sell merchandise and courses to raise funds so that we can provide free support to the hospitality industry.

We also build the capability of owners, line managers and employees through training to enhance the awareness of mental health and open conversations.

By providing these services we are challenging the stigma of mental health whilst beginning to create a culture of care and compassion which will improve recruitment opportunities whilst also reducing turnover rates.
