COMMON QUESTIONS
How long is wellbeing champion training?
Three hours, in person or virtually.
What is the difference between a wellbeing champion and a mental health first aider?
A champion raises awareness, challenges stigma and supports culture across the team. A Mental Health First Aider holds a licensed MHFA England qualification and a defined first-aid role. Many businesses run both.
Who should be a wellbeing champion?
People colleagues already go to. It works best as a volunteer role spread across departments and shifts rather than concentrated in management.
How many people can attend?
Up to 16 delegates.
How do we support champions afterwards?
Champions who carry disclosures need support themselves. Our mental health coaching programme is designed for exactly that.
How much does it cost?
GBP 1,500 + VAT per session for up to 16 delegates. As a non-profit social enterprise, our surplus funds free mental health support across the hospitality industry.
