COMMON QUESTIONS
How long is the session?
Three hours, in person or virtually.
Do managers need to have done the awareness training first?
It is designed as the follow-on to Managers' Introduction to Mental Health Awareness and opens with a recap, so managers get most from it having done that first.
What is the difference between conduct and capability?
One of the harder judgements a manager makes when performance drops and mental health may be a factor. The session works through how to tell them apart and handle each properly.
Does it cover legal duties?
Yes - employer responsibilities, reasonable adjustments and the practical implications. It is not legal advice; for that, speak to your employment solicitor.
How many people can attend?
Up to 16 delegates.
How much does it cost?
GBP 1,500 + VAT per session for up to 16 delegates. As a non-profit social enterprise, our surplus funds free mental health support across the hospitality industry.
