"Sarah was a great trainer with good knowledge and passion on the subject which came across in the learning as it didn't feel at any point that Sarah was reading from a script. Sarah made sure we understood the learning objectives with effective questioning but also making sure that it wasn't hard going and answering any questions in an honest and professional way. Linking through the learning was personal stories and references that helped understand the subject matter that was being taught. I would definitely recommend the course to anyone.
