I have led acclaimed establishments, including serving as Head Chef at Brewer and Butcher and as Executive Chef at Sandwerf Namibia, where my leadership and vision elevated each culinary offering. As the founder of Mad Chef and Chillar, I brought bold innovation to the plate, earning a devoted clientele.
