Thank you for registering to support the Burnt Chef Project and improve mental health within hospitality by becoming an Ambassador.

Whilst applications for the UK are now open we are looking for Ambassadors in Cornwall, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, North East UK.
​
We are also recruiting heavily across other continents in Europe, Canada, USA, and so on!
Due to the current high number of applications, we will have to be selective of who we can accept. We are especially interested in those who wish to take an active role in promoting the Burnt Chef Project including helping us fundraise to increase the scope of the work that we do.

Once enrolled into the Ambassador Scheme we ask that Burnt Chef Ambassadors are taking their role of standing up for mental health within hospitality seriously and, more importantly, are adequately equipped to do so.
We are looking for Ambassadors who are going to actively volunteer their time to:

The Project through fundraising, blogs, events and sharing social media content

To their community by signposting to The Burnt Chef Support Service and resources

To their workplace by opening conversations and challenging mental health stigma. The Burnt Chef Ambassadors will work together to ensure the hospitality profession is healthier and more sustainable worldwide
There are criteria which must be met in order to become part of our Ambassador Scheme, so please take a moment to read the document below before submitting your final application.​

Applicants should aim to have steps 2 & 3 completed within 3 months:

2. Complete your mental health training via The Burnt Chef Academy (the link for this is in the email we automatically send you)

3. Agree to the Ambassador pledge (link in email)
​
4. Once we have received references from your referees you will then be contacted for a telephone interview with a member of our Chief Ambassador team.
