and creativity, I’ve seen how the weight of the industry can affect wellbeing, because I’ve felt it, too. Now, as a Burnt Chef Project Ambassador, I’m committed to breaking the
“tough it out” stigma and making kitchens safer, more compassionate places. I use my voice, my network, and my experience to champion awareness, education, and peer
support especially in the Middle East, where resources can be scarce. I’m honoured to stand alongside this movement and help create a hospitality world where it’s normal to
say “I’m not OK,” and where help is there when it’s asked for.
