The Restaurant Show

The hospitality world is known for its intense pressure, demanding hours, and high expectations. Behind the scenes, hospitality professionals often face a unique set of challenges that can take a toll on their mental well-being. That's why The Burnt Chef Project is thrilled to announce its partnership with The Restaurant Show, hosted at Olympia London between the 2nd and 4th October, to help promote our message of eradicating mental health stigma.

The Restaurant Show is a renowned event in the food service industry and has always been a hub for culinary innovation, education, and networking. This year, alongside a huge timetable of talks, demos and events, they are hosting a session dedicated to "Putting Positive Mental Health at the Top of the Priority List." delivered by The Burnt Chef Project chief ambassador Scot Turner. Head to their website to learn more.

As well as giving us a platform to talk about our fundraising, merchandise and market- leading wellbeing courses, The Restaurant Show has lots going on. The show will have lively panel debates and informative sessions giving you invaluable business insights into the hospitality industry. These sessions will run across 3 content theatres: Restaurant Live, Bar & Drinks Live and Chefs’ Live.

This year they will be introducing exclusive chef mentoring sessions with leading chefs from across the UK. Across the three days, Cyrus Todiwala, Gareth Ward, Philli Armitage-Mattin, Sally Abé and Tommy Banks will be sharing their skills and knowledge with a select number of aspiring chefs.

During these sessions, our chef mentors will share their experiences, showcase their skills through demonstration and answer any questions that the audience wants to ask.
