Originally created in connection with our recent Burnt Brunch - Fuel, Focus and the Human Side of Hospitality, this resource is for anyone working in hospitality, whether you attended the session or not. It’s designed to support energy, focus, recovery, and performance through small, realistic changes that fit around service, not on top of it. You don’t need to change everything. Start small. Build from there.

This guide has been created in partnership with Ben Snape, health and fitness coach, drawing on his work supporting people across hospitality, including chefs operating in high-pressure environments.

It focuses on progress over perfection, and practicality over theory. The guide also includes recipe inspiration from Cornish Sea Salt, supporting the role of quality ingredients in fuel, hydration, and performance.
